On the 13th Nov I was getting the yawl ready for Saturday racing when a voice said, hi I built that boat, looking up I said ow are you Bungay Taylor then, he said yes, I was quite surprised and said, I do hope you approve of the refit work.
Bungay built five Yawls between 1967 and 1973, 61/69/74/91/96 all of which are still racing today.
He lives in Switzerland and has just retired and plans to live on lake Genova and may be build another Yawl, I feel a Yawl Regatta coming on on lake Genova. Andrew Y74
